FAQ

Attention
Due to current situation of covid-19, estimtated shipping via ems will take aproximately 3-4weeks from Korea to Singapore. For International buyers, only courier to Hong Kong from Korea is slightly faster which takes about 2weeks. 
We hope for you understanding. Stay safe and take care!

1) Are the items authentic?
    We are registered entities in Korea and Singapore. Items are definitely authentic from the Original shops      in Korea.

2) How to ensure authenticity?
     Copy of receipt can be provided upon request.

3) 
How long does the item takes to be shipped after ordering?
   Item takes about 8-10 working days from Korea to Singapore after payment is made.

4) Do you only have korean brands products?
    No, products can be from different countries.

5) There are items I am looking but it is not available on your website.
     Please use "My Request Form" and let us know what you are looking for. We will check and revert back to you.

6) Can the product be exchange if the size and colour has been purchase wrongly?
     Within the first 2 days of the purchase, exchange of sizes/colour are allow with a charge of S$7.50 if item is in transit to our Korea Office.
      Once item depart from our Korea Office, we are sorry. Item cannot be exchange at all.

7) Will I be inform on my purchase?
     You will be contacted within 3 days with the product you purchase is out of stock in Korea. We will refund you 100%.
      In the event, you would like to exchange for another product, it is possible.

8) What happens after my item arrives in Singapore?
     Our Singapore office will contact you once item arrive in Singapore. We will then send it out according to the mode of delivery that you had chosen.

9) Do you provide meetup Services?
     Not at the moment. You can opt for ParkNParcel Service which you can collect the item anytime at your nearest pickup point.

10) Am I allow to choose the date/time for courier delivery?
      For the date, you are able to choose. However, for the specific time delivery it will be not possible.
